This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on innersoul.ai, including subscriptions to innersoul Plus and virtual gifts.
You may cancel your innersoul Plus subscription at any time by:
Cancellation does not delete your account or your chat history.
To permanently delete all data, use the Delete Account option in Settings.
All purchases on innersoul.ai are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes:
Digital services cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
Email us at support@innersoul.ai within 7 days of the transaction.
Include:
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank timing may vary.
If you stop using the service before the billing period ends, you will not receive a prorated refund.
Example: Cancelling after 3 days of a 30-day plan does not qualify for a partial refund.
Once delivered, virtual gifts cannot be reversed.
Refunds are NOT provided for:
If innersoul.ai is unavailable for more than 48 hours due to our failure, you may request:
Refunds are not guaranteed and reviewed case-by-case.
If your account is terminated for violating Terms of Service, you will not receive refunds for remaining subscription time or virtual gifts.
Payments are handled by Razorpay, Stripe, or other providers.
Their dispute processes may differ. Delay caused by them is outside our control.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
